150 Seaport Boulevard will be a 22-story mixed-use building in the South Boston Waterfront District. Per the BRA, the new development will consist of 283,700sf, which will include 110 condo units, 10,700sf of restaurant and retail space and 3 levels of underground parking with 179 spaces. The restaurant space will feature access to the waterfront. The 179 parking spaces will be intended for use by building residents and those using the restaurant and retail space. Residents will have access to amenities, such as a fitness spa and library.
150 Seaport Boulevard will be positioned in such a way to open up views of the harbor from Seaport Boulevard and B Street. The project will complete the Boston Harborwalk in this particular stretch of the waterfront, in turn providing “an uninterrupted Harborwalk between Pier 4 and The World Trade Center” (per the BRA). Developer Cronin Holdings LLC also has plans to upgrade the area surrounding the development by creating new open spaces for public use, which will include landscaping, water features and outdoor seating.
The development will be conveniently situated less than a mile from South Station, which provides access to the Red Line, Silver Line, multiple commuter rail stations and Amtrak train service along the Northeast Corridor. There are also multiple MBTA bus routes located close to the development.
