262 Monsignor O’Brien Highway – Completion Date Fall of 2017
Scheduled to be completed by Fall of 2017, 262 Monsignor O’Brien Highway in East Cambridge — at the former site of the Lechmere Auto Wash Center — will include 55 one-and-two bedroom residences. The project will add condominiums to a significantly underserved market at prices much more affordable than both downtown and the Seaport. There will be 55 on-site parking spaces.
