Per the BRA, the 319 on A condominium development is a 2015/16 gut-renovation of a 100 year old factory in the Seaport / Fort Point neighborhood . The development will include 48 loft condominiums with prices ranging around $1,000 sf. Roughly half the units will be “micro units” that are approximately in the 500sf range. The ceiling height, anticipated to be around 12 feet, should make the inventory feel larger than their actual sizes. There will be some larger inventory, including 1 bedroom + den condos and 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condos ranging in size from approximately 750 sf for 1 bd + den units and approximately 1,050 sf for 2 bedroom inventory.
There is limited parking available in the building although it is expected the 2 bedroom units will include parking (4 parking spaces). The building amenities are anticipated to be an onsite restaurant, 5-day a week property manager and a spacious community roof deck.
