Overview

40 Trinity is set to break ground in 2017 and is anticipated to be a hotel with condominium on top.  These luxurious condominiums will be located in the Back Bay close to Copley Square.  The building should have a boutique and elegant feel unlike some of the larger buildings going up around Boston’s urban core which consist of 200+ units such as Millennium Tower, the New Four Seasons and Pier 4.

According to an LOI filed by Goulston and Storrs with the Boston Redevelopment Authority, “The Project will involve the construction of an approximately 33-story building containing approximately 220 hotel rooms, approximately 142 residential units, approximately 100 parking spaces and ground-floor retail/restaurant space.  The project will entail the demolition of the existing building at 40 Trinity Place and will cantilever over the adjacent University Club property.” Read more by going to the BRA here.
