Forecaster 121 is a new construction condominium building located in Bulfinch Triangle. The original building was a Boston rain coat factory. Bulfinch Triangle is an up and coming neighborhood of Boston wedged between the West End, Beacon Hill and the North End. The Forecaster 121 will have 80 condominiums ranging in size from the $400’s to just north of $1 Million. There will be approximately 18 parking spaces that will be priced at around $75,000 per space. There is a limited number of spaces that are available for sale. The units are a mixture of 1 Bedrooms, 1 Bedrooms + dens, 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bedrooms + Dens. The larger units on the higher floors have outdoor space. In fact, 21 of the 80 condominiums will have some form of outdoor space.
Forecaster 121 will be a concierge building with a high level of finishes. However, the sale pricing is relatively affordable compared with other up and coming new developments. Average pricing will be approximately $850 sf (not including parking). HOA dues will be approximately $0.65 sf per month. Sales have just begun as of April 13, 2015. Given the pricing and location of Forecaster 121, these units will not last long.
