Originally built in 1971 as affordable housing, the Boston Redevelopment Authority wanted to “spruce” up the waterfront of Boston as the city spread towards the Waterfront neighborhood in the late 1970’s. As part of that plan and in the midst of a condominium craze during that time period, Harbor Towers was converted into condominiums in 1981.
Harbor Towers is made up of nearly 700 condominiums spread over two towers. The views of the waterfront are unmatched and the amenities within Towers include concierge services, a pool and fitness center.
