Pre-Construction Sales Ongoing

Currently under construction, The Boulevard will be a 12-story, 36-unit luxury condominium building on the Rose Kennedy Greenway in Boston.  The developer for the project is New Boston Ventures.  The architect is Finegold Alexander Architects.  The building is slated to be completed in 2018.  Pre-construction sales have already begun.

The building will include 31 market-rate residential condos and five artist lofts.  There will be 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units, averaging 1,774 square feet each, and penthouses, averaging 3,941 square feet each.  The building’s upper two floors will contain a collection of three duplex condominiums.  Each of these units will feature a private roof deck.

Amenities to Include Concierge, Parking and a Fitness Center

The Boulevard will have many amenities: a concierge, garage parking, a private fitness center as well as private outdoor space.  There will also be street-level retail space and a cafe with outdoor seating.  Retail space will total approximately 3,550 square feet.

Unit features will include hardwood floors, marble bathrooms, European-style finishes, as well as custom kitchen cabinetry and high end appliances.

The Boulevard Offers a Convenient Location

The Boulevard’s ideal Waterfront location will allow residents to enjoy all the restaurants and cultural and entertainment options the neighborhood has to offer.  In addition, public transportation is readily accessible from this location.  Aquarium Station on the MBTA Blue Line, which provides access to Boston Logan International Airport, is just a four-minute walk.  The Long Wharf (North Ferry) also provides service to the airport and is only a seven-minute walk from the project site.
