The Hub on Causeway will be a new mixed-use residential project in the West End neighborhood of Boston.  The project site is located adjacent to TD Garden, and will include an expansion of the TD Garden. The development will also include key transit improvements to North Station.  The Hub on Causeway broke ground in January 2016, and will be rolled out in three phases.  When completed, the development will feature over 1.5 million square feet of residential space, along with retail stores, restaurants, office space and and hotel rooms.  Phase I of the project is anticipated to be completed in late 2018.  Phase II of the project will include a 440-unit, 38-floor residential tower (which may be built as condos dependent on the market) as well as a 260-key, 10-floor hotel.  Phase III will be a 21-story office tower.

Amenities to Include Parking, Movie Theater and Retail Stores

Amenities will include 540 below grade parking spaces (connected to the existing North Station garage), a 60,000 square foot Star Market and a 15-screen movie theater.  The development will also include 10,000 square feet of outdoor space, which will serve as a new entrance to TD Garden and North Station.

Delaware North and Boston Properties are the developers for the project.  The architect is Gensler.
